Raychael Jensen Policy Analyst
Raychael has a strong passion for education reform and the advancement of historically underrepresented students, grown out of her personal experiences as both a student and mentor in inner city public high schools. Her background experience includes more than five years of corporate and small business consulting focused predominantly on helping clients achieve outcomes in process improvement, project management and change management.
Raychael founded the 501(c)(3) Women in Business Association and currently serves as its advisory board chair. She also has served as a volunteer advisor to minority and women owned businesses and non-profits through the Business & Economic Development Center. Raychael is dedicated to community service and has spent several years volunteering as a mentor in South Seattle public high schools. Recently, Raychael graduated from the Seattle-based Leadership Tomorrow program.
Raychael holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Washington's Foster Business School. She resides in Seattle, Washington.
